A storytime for toddlers and preschoolers! This pre-literacy storytime is based on the concept of play – how fun! This storytime incorporates interactives, manipulatives, and toys to encourage parent-child interaction. This storytime is approximately 40 minutes.

Join us every Friday afternoon for cooperative Minecraft gameplay. Participants will play in groups of four for 20-minute group or individual challenges. Want to share your latest creation? Bring your personal computer or handheld gaming device along to play. We have room for 16 players every Friday, on a first-come first-served basis. Recommended for ages 7 and up. No Minecrafternoon on 10/31 or 12/26.

K-3 Children pair up with high school volunteers for reading and literacy activities. Fall sessions run on Tuesdays or Saturdays 4:30-5:30, Tuesday, September 9 through Saturday, November 22.

Learn to play the ancient and mysterious board game known as Go. Developed 4000 years ago in China, the rules are so simple they can be taught in a few minutes--but it can take a lifetime to master the game. Go boards are provided and take-home sets made of cardboard are available for free. Ages 5 and up.
